1. Eligible Users of Webvua

When identifying yourself and your actions, our community becomes safer and more responsible. Therefore, you must:

• Use your authentic email for easy password retrieval in the future.
• Create only one account (for yourself) as you can create up to 20 websites on your account.
• Avoid sharing your Webvua account password or granting access to others to prevent loss of website data or domain deletion.

We aim to provide Webvua's services widely to everyone. However, you won't be able to use Webvua if:

• You're under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country to use our Product).
• You're a convicted sex offender.
• Your account has previously been disabled due to violating our Terms or Policies.
• You're prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software as per the law.

2. What You Can Share and Do on Webvua

We encourage everyone to use Webvua to create their own website, but not at the expense of others' safety or the community's integrity. Therefore, you agree not to engage in or support behaviors described below:

1. You may not use our Product to perform or share anything that is:

   • Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
   • Infringing upon or violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

2. You may not upload viruses or harmful code or take actions that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of our Product.

3. You may not access or collect data from our Product through automated means (unless we've permitted it beforehand) or attempt to access data you're not authorized to access.

We reserve the right to remove or limit access if you violate these provisions.

For the greater good, we encourage you to report content or actions that you believe violate your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and policies.

3. Rights You Grant Us

We need you to grant certain rights to provide our services:

1. Use of Your Created Content: Some content you upload, like photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights: You retain ownership rights (such as copyrights or trademarks) for any content you create and share on Webvua. These terms don't override your rights to your own content. You're free to share your content with anyone, anywhere you wish.

3. However, to provide our services, you grant us some legal rights (called a "license") to use that content. This is solely for providing and mproving the Product and services as described in Section 1 above.

4. Specifically, when you share, post, or upload protected content on or related to our Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display or perform, translate, and create derivative works from your content. For instance, if you share a photo on Webvua, you allow us to store, copy, and share that photo with others (as per your settings), such as service providers supporting our services you use. This license ends when your content is deleted from our system.

5. You can delete some or all content on your website.

6. When you delete web content, others won't see it anymore. However, the content might still exist elsewhere on our system if:

• Immediate deletion isn't possible due to technical limitations (in this case, your content will be deleted within a maximum of 90 days from your deletion request).
• Others have used your content under this license and haven't deleted it (in this case, this license remains valid until the content is deleted). Immediate deletion might limit our ability to:
  • Investigate/determine illegal activities or violations of our terms and policies (e.g., identifying or investigating abusive behavior towards our Product or system).
  • Comply with legal obligations like preserving evidence.
  • Comply with requests from administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities.

7. In such cases, we'll only retain content for the necessary preservation period (the exact time will vary depending on each case).

8. In all the above cases, this license remains valid until the content is completely deleted.

9. Use of Your Name, Profile Picture, and Actions: You allow us to use your name, profile picture, and information about your actions on Webvua alongside or related to advertisements, promotions, and other sponsored content we display on our Products without compensating you. For example, we may let your friends know you're interested in an advertised event or have liked a Page created by a brand (paid us to display their ads on Webvua). Such ads will only be visible to those you allow to see your actions on Webvua.

10. Right to Update Software: Using or downloading our software means you permit us to download and install software updates if available.
